- What did you accomplish?
- What could you have achieved with your potential?
- What kind of difference are you making?
So proud! Two weeks ago a former client was included in a lengthy Washington Post article about the progress she and her organization are making. She’s an overachiever who has quickly moved into positions of increasing responsibility. Executive coaching and assessments enabled her to play effectively to her strengths. Can’t wait to see what she does next.
Last week, a former client was positively highlighted on the front page of the Wall Street Journal! He’s a tremendous leader who is making a significant impact. His transparency, integrity, diplomacy and collaborative skills have been crucial in achieving success in a challenging environment. He hired me to provide his executive team with leadership development sessions and assessments to increase their self awareness and ability to work together. Since then, he has been promoted and two of those former executive team members are now CEOs. Each is making a significant impact.
This week one of my current long time clients was recognized as one of the best places to work in their state! What a turnaround from when we began working together six years ago and they had a staff turnover rate over 34%. With new leadership and a clear focus, they’ve held frequent strategic planning retreats to set direction and achieve results. Incredible growth and progress have expanded their services in multiple ways. Keep up the amazing work! You’re always exceeding your own challenging goals.
I’m proud of the role Rising Stars played in assisting each of these leaders and their organizations. My goal is to make a difference for leaders so they can best serve their teams, patients and customers.
As you consider 2020 ask yourself:
- Am I satisfied with my life and work as they are today?
- What unfulfilled dreams do I have?
- How can I create the future of my dreams?
