Today Rising Stars celebrates our 8 year anniversary of developing leaders for healthcare's changing landscape. Our work has never been more relevant than it is today. We talked about a VUCA world, filled with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. VUCA can generate feelings of anxiety, exhaustion, depression, and burnout.
